Substitution
We do not ship chocolate during warm weather periods, usually May through September. We will substitute with an item of equal or greater value. If an item you select is not available or has been shown to not meet our expectations, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value. Substitutions are done to ensure the quality you and your gift recipient deserve, as well as, timely arrival of your gift.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping
Your gift basket will be shipped UPS, Fed Ex or US Postal Service. We take the delivery address, time and cost into account when selecting the delivery method. We will inform you of the method and estimated delivery date if you inquire.

Delivery
Gift Baskets ordered for delivery in the Denver Metro Area are hand delivered. Generally, a basket ordered before 10:00 AM can be delivered the same day.
